Jason Briggs (Henry) Jason, a graduate from The University of Michigan-Flint, where he earned his BA in Theatre Performance, has performed in several productions throughout his career.  Recently, Jason was featured as Ken in Smokey Joe’s Café at The Encore Musical Theatre Company, The Baker in Into the Woods at Flint Repertory Theatre, Andre in Ain’t Misbehavin’ at the Jewish Ensemble Theatre, Charles Guiteau in Assassins at Flint Repertory Theatre and in the Michigan Shakespeare Festival as King Alonso in The Tempest, Froth/Barnadine in Measure for Measure, and Stephano in Aphra Behn’s The Rover.  Other favorite roles include Mr. M in My Children, My Africa, El Gallo in The Fantasticks, Duke Frederick in As You Like It, Jonas Nightingale in Leap of Faith, Judas in Jesus Christ Superstar, and Curtis Taylor Jr. in Dreamgirls.  When Jason isn’t performing, he spends his time as the Managing Director of The Encore Musical Theatre Company in Dexter, MI.  However, his greatest role is as the husband to his beautiful wife Noreen.  Thank you to the entire arts community for your unwavering support of live theatre and music.
